Putney Dentists Dealtry Road - I have been a patient with Putney Dentists for 20 years and I've got to tell people that since Dr. Sam Ashfar took over from Sue Young the standard has been very poor.

I've had to have root canal surgery with Putney Dentist and I feel that I was ripped off by being told to come back for so many investigative visits which have slowly accumulated to a significant total before going ahaead with the root canal treatment which ultimately failed.

I decided to visit another dentist about this root canal work and have been told that I didn't need all the assessments and that even if I did I should not have been charged every time.

This new dentist asked me to get the xrays from Putney Dentist which I attempted to do but they have been obstructive and rude because they think they have lost me as a patient. I have been trying to get my xrays from them since March this year (5 months) but now they've come up with a lame excuse that they've "lost" the digital xrays on the system!

I have reported them to the British Dental Association who confirmed it is a dentists responsibility to forward all records if requested and Putney Dentists are at fault.

I wouldn't recommend Putney Dentists because they are expensive and, in my opinion, the worst type of dentist - speculative and money grabbing.
