AMAAAAAAZING!!!!!! - I went to the pearl dental practice this morning as a new patient and was shown all their band new equipment and was seen by Uzma downstairs. She was really welcoming and put me at ease. There were ABSOLUTELY NO CLEANLINESS ISSUES...not sure how your other reviewer had blood on the cup as they are disposable. They spray concentrated pink mouthwash in the cup so maybe that is what she saw??? Anyway, I saw my digital x-rays on the flat screen TV and was involved in the decision making as to waht will suit my teeth and my pocket!!!!! I have left feeling happy and in control. Wish I had found them earlier!!!!

AVOID AVOID AVOID!! - The asian dentist is awful and he don't have even nurse and cup he gave me to rinse my mouth had blood from another patient on it, showing me how to floss, the food came out of his mouth and fall on me!! he said he can't fix my crown and i need to get the tooth removed, i went to another clinic and they fit it back to me, Avoid avoid avoid. save your time and money, even he gave me cleaning and damaged my tooth it became so sensitive for so long, went back to him and he said it wasn't his fault and refused to give me something to stop the sensitivity , wasted my money and time.

Feedback - I have been with the surgery since January 2009. I have had various work done since then, but it has all been necessary. I have found the time taken to have the treatment done to be quite prompt. The doctor has been very frank about whats needed and has explained the impact of not having such treatment, which I very much appreciate. I feel I'm in a better position now than I was 2 years ago. The surgery itself is clean and the new surgery is easier to find than the previous surgery. Despite moving since joining the surgery to the other side of London, I have decided to stay with this surgery due to the honesty that I get with this dentist (something which I have unfortunately found difficult to come by with previous dentists).

Worst dentel clinic i've ever been - I found it very poor in cleanness issues ..trying to clean my mouth he gave me a cup with some one's blood on it on the side..The Asian doctor is annoying(on 1st floor).He thinks he knows everything he in fact ruined my teeth with his quick painful cleaning&cause massive sensitivity& when i asked him to fix it he offered me another cleaning!!!.i argued with him that he ruined my teeth..to be honest after seeing the blood on the cup i'am so scared thinking as he kept poking my GUM to see the bleeding issue& caused me pain..i'am scared to catch anything from his clinic ..he even don't have a nurse&he basically don't look after his patients..i won't recommend anyone to go there.. from my side of experience ..avoid at all cost..!!!
