A GREAT BOOZER! - This pub on occassions has had quite bad press. I can only go by experience. My wife and I have started using this pub as we are new to the area for the last year or so. We love it!!! Its a Football fans dream with all sorts of memorobilia all over wall and also lots of boxing stuff. The juke box is second to none, everything from Old war songs to oasis!! My mother is 84yrs old and we sometime pop in on a Sunday, the atmosphere is wonderful, everybody has a sing a long, its almost like an old fashioned east end pub! On a friday we come in and just really enjoy ourselves, the landlord Shaun makes sure of that! Hes a really lovely guy and takes time and trouble to make you feel welcome. I am actually from London but feel like im at home when I come in here!!!!
