Deeply disappointing - This is an Italian buffet restaurant where you can eat as much pasta, pizza or salad as you like. To be quite frank Pizza Hut's buffet knocks spots off it.
The charges are cheaper at lunchtime than in the evening so we went along with the kids as they offer cheaper rates for children. However, a child rate is applied to anyone under the age of 8!!! Most places apply this to under 12's or 14's - so we were off to a bad start!
Drinks are not included in the charge, so off to the bar I went. Although I was the only person at the bar it took an age to be served, had to repeat my order a number of times and I was given the wrong change!
On to the food. The salad was good with a range of choice. The pasta on the other hand was congealed and did not look very appetising. They did bring some special pastas out but not often enough so there was a distinct lack of choice. The pizzas were not brought out often enough either - I was continually having to ask for some more margherita pizza to be put out (the only type my youngest will eat).
The desserts are limited to fruit which is OK as an adult but they should provide something else for the children.
All in all a very disappointing experience.
