Shocking experience! Unprofessional - I never actually made it to my appointment. Due to the terrible weather I rang up the spa to rearrange our appointments as we were unable to get there due to train cancelations. I spoke to a lady who was more than happy to help and rearranged our appointments as I have already payed as had a voucher deal.
Few hours later I receive a phone call from the manager asking where about do I live. And due to the fact I only live a 50 min drive a way he wasn't happy that I couldn't get there. I explained I did not drive and our trains were completely cancelled due to the snow. He began to shout down the phone telling me I wasn't allowed the rearranged booking, as I tried to explain I had already paid and was a gift for my mother he told me to shut up and swore at me. I was shocked and upset. He went on to tell me that his " stupid member off staff has be warned as she should know the 24 hrs cancelation" which I was unaware off. I feel for this poor lady as she seemed lovely on the phone.
I had to hang up on the very aggressive and abusive manager of Beau Belle Spa as I couldn't believe what was happening.

Disappointing - Really disappointed with my visits to this salon. I have visited twice in the last week - during the 1st visit, a customer came in for her semi permanent eyelash infill but the staff could not find the glue they needed! They left the client lying on the bed as they got all their products of the shelves, cleared out of the safe, made phone calls to the owner ... all to no avail.

During my 2nd visit, when I myself had made an appointment for semi permanent lashes, the beauty therapist was unable to even start applying them as she could not undo the bottle of glue! The excuse given was that the last person to use the glue had not wiped it after their use, so the glue had dried the lid shut. I was told -'all I can do is apologise' in the least genuine apology I have ever heard.

The staff here are unprofessional and disorgainsed - they should check and prepare for their treatments before their clients arrive, not whilst they are lying on the bed. If appointments are made, it is inexcusable not to be able to provide a client with their treatment, simply because they are too disorganised to sort out their equipment.
