Impressed - I will admit I was slightly dubious at first (I have had problems in the past with other companies – e.g not turning up on time, making me late, taking the long way around, etc), but I thought I would give this company a whirl as I had heard good things through a work colleague and my girlfriend (who has used them for airport runs).
I wanted to book the car and driver for a friends surprise birthday party. The girl I emailed was very sweet and helpful, she helped me choose the right car at the right price (a mercedes e class) and confirmed the date and time with me .
The driver turned up on time and was professional in every way. My friend was impressed and a little bit shocked (in a good way) – he really enjoyed showing up in style to his birthday party.
You have to be careful with companies like this, if they get it wrong then the rest of the night can be ruined – but I can honestly say I felt like I was in safe hands, never worried for a moment (and had no reason to).

Professional Service - I have used CityFleet a few times, it was really easy to book and everything went to plan.
The compnaies they use are all brilliant and the drivers have all been lovely.
I've been picked up from the airport 3 times, twice in swish Mercs and once in a very posh BMW! I looked well cool in a chauffeur driven car :P

It is well worth using nice cars instead of normal cabs in my opinion.
Anyway, from my own experience i would definatly recommend this company for anyone who wants a great service and a lovely journey.
Perfect for theatre trips and airport runs etc 11-11-08
