Lush yet cozy, the hotel is owned and newly redone by designer Paul Davies. Everywhere you look is a texture or amusing decorative item. The place is a discovery..not your typical design hotel. The all white restaurant is ideal for private celebrations, elegant and impressive.
I found No. 11's afternoon tea to be one of London's best deals at £19.50 per person. Very lovely, superb presentation but without a pretentious attitude. They made me feel like the favorite guest at a party.
