review and response - the woman who left the bad review needs to get her facts right before leaving slanderous reviews on places that she has had no dealings with, she has left a very misinformed review and has made insinations that are based on nothing, so i urge you to pay no attention to it because we will be legally pursuing it as it is slanderous and then ask you to form your own opinions on the bridal boutique and the people who own it. We have never let a customer down and have turned this business around since buying it in april this year, it is a new business to us and nobody has ever not had what they have asked for, ever!!! no matter how big or small, all customers are equally important. thankyou for reading this.

Would not reccommend!! - I've been waiting since April 09 for a small item for my son...that the lady said "would be no problem and she would send it to me". I had left a couple of messages...then finally spoke with the lady today to be told I will not be receiving the item as i left a "snotty message"...she said she will send me a refund!? (Yes like she said she would send the item!!!)
Probaly as it was not an expensive item...but important to my 3yr old son!

I would advise anyone who needs something small doing to avoid this boutique...she may be ok if your spending a fortune!!

I must also stress...this is a lady that has just gone into partnership with the bridal boutique...moved from a stitch in time in stratford upon avon...get the impression she has left a trail of distruction!!!

Service second to none - I cannot get across how wonderful my experience with The Bridal Boutique was. I ended up getting my dream dress, and felt extremely looked after. I felt like I was visiting a friend, not a business.
