Avoid at all cost! - DO NOT GO to this dental spa!!
I know this dental spa well as I went there couple of times with my friend who has been receiving the treatment there. The management of this dental spa had a conflict with the dentist which led the dentist to quit his work- as a result, my friend who made an upfront payment ended up not getting the treatment. The dentist could not be contacted and the spa said they were not responsible for anything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My friend has been in continuous argument with the spa to get her money back. They have first promised to compensate her either in the form of refund or providing treatment by another dentist in the clinic. The spa then started ignoring her calls and emails. I went to the clinic with my friend to confront them and must say I have never seen anyone so rude!!! My friend tried to make an appointment with another dentist at the clinic but the receptionist there REFUSED to make a reservation for her.

We heard that many other patients suffered due to the sudden departure of the dentist (dentist mentioned that this is due to problems he had with the management while the management completely denies any of its wrong doing).

In addition, we heard that one patient, who has been suffering a certain disease (I would not mention the detail but it can be contangious) was mis-treated in this dental spa (i.e the dentist should not have carried out the specific treatment to a patient with such disease)and been suffering from complications!!!!

This dental spa is the most inexperienced, irresponsible place I have ever known. AVOID AT ALL COST!!! 02-03-12
