Satay heaven by way of Dalston - Rock solid local Malaysian restaurant and takeaway. Crazy cheap lunchtime deals make way for the regular evening menu. The satays are the big thing here but they do a mean line in currys - from fish to a sublime and tender rendang. My favourite is still the Nasi Goreng Lemak withe salty little anchovies and prawns. Its small though and sort of in the middle of nowhere abnd unless you happen to live around here or on the 38 route you wouldn't even know it existed. How it gets so full of an evening is quite beyond me - must have something to do with the tasty food and credit-crunch friendly prices.
