Rude - I sent in an email query online and I'm not sure if asking for more details of a dress is 'not the thing to do', but they told me to come to the store, and 'did I think they were stupid'..

Well thats not the sort of treatment I am looking for while trying to plan a wedding that is a happy and wonderful event, but stressful in and of itself. Wedding dresses are not cheap, and I'm certainly not going to pay my money over to snotty, rude retailers.
