Having accumulated several years of training experience (since 1996), Helen started teaching alternative therapies in 2002. Helen concentrates on providing training in small groups and in a relaxed atmosphere conducive to training. Her enthusiasm for alternative therapies comes from her believe that everyone 'can help themselves' to keep and maintain a healthy lifestyle and attitude.
