Kai ora....recently I travelled to Heathrow Airport via Abbey Cars with my sister. Our driver's name Ahmed W184 and we both wish to express our appreciation of his punctuality, driving skills, informative landmarks and especially his mannerism. He was such a lovely man to have met. Both my sister and I rate his service a 10/10 PLUS. One day when we travel to London again we certainly will use (and recommend to our fellow intrepid travelling kiwis) Abbey Cars Kensington.

Cowboy firm, a load of rubbish - After booking this cab a week in advance, I was told 5 minutes before the arrival time that a drunk driver "had smashed into my taxi". This was highly unfortunate and not necessarily their fault (assuming it was true.)

So I waited 40 minutes for a replacement until I started to get worried, so I called them up to ask how close the taxi was. They said that a taxi had pulled up looking for me, couldn't see me, had rung my number and I had apparently told them "that I didn't need a cab anymore."

This outrageous, untrue excuse has made me shed doubt about the authenticity of their original reasons for being late. In the end, I had to get a black cab. This is a company which cannot be trusted.
