Thank you for a fast purchase - When my wife and I were divorced, we put up our property on market for 18 months and did not receive a single offer. Then we contacted Property Saviour and they were able to make us on offer over the phone, they had to come and check that property "had four walls and a roof" as the guy put it.

To be honest, it did need quite a lot of TLC - as we had spilt up and moved on, it was sat empty and bathroom leak had damaged all kitchen. The front room needed new carpets, as did rest of house and new paint etc.

They bought it fast - we had a surveyor round next week and then soliicitors drew up paperwork and we completed quickly. They kept us up to date with process and we had our case manager's mobile number which was good. 06-06-10
