WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER RECEIVED! - If you havent used Dry Green before and are thinking of doing so, then DON'T! It was the first time I sent a garment to them for cleaning and I can safely say it will be the last. My top came back with an unusual stain and water mark that was not already there with no explanation from the management. Then after sending it back, I received it a week later ( after chasing them twice after receiving no word from them) still with water mark and the new mystery stain. After calling the company yet again, Mark told me 'he was bored of the conversation' and that I wasn't his ideal customer as I was 'an unethical person' when I told him I would be reviewing his service online. I went to Johnson's dry cleaners who told me that the stain was from a chemical. When I told Mark that he seemed to think that Johnson's werent expert cleaners ( funny that they have hundreds of stores UK wide) and that he was recommended by Harvey Nichols ( I rang them and they hadn't heard of Dry Green...) I'm still awaiting the pictures of my garment pre-clean and a clean analysis, but all in all terrible experience and a very strange and unprofessional approach to customer service.

At last a good dry cleaner! - Dry Green supplied me with a great service. They collected my suits and delivered them back to me the next day. They removed stains that othe dry cleaners had just ignored and the clothes came back smelling fresh and feeling soft. NO CHEMICAL SMELLS!!!
