Exceptional service - The technician was friendly, informative and conscientious...but, after he left and our large sectional sofa dried, we could still see some stains. I followed up with Banstead Fantastic Cleaners and the owner, John Summers, couldn't have been more accommodating! I explained that maybe those stains were permanent, and if that was the case, it wasn't his problem. He still insisted to come by and give it a second clean OR give me a full refund (and I didn't ask, he simply offered). John returned, gave it a second cleaning, and it's great! It's also the kind of customer service I simply don't encounter much these days.

Really appreciate your hard work - I live in a one-bedroom condo but was having trouble keeping up with the cleaning and decided to try using a cleaning service. I contacted four different companies and decided to go with Banstead Fantastic Cleaners. Banstead Fantastic Cleaners was the best at responding to me; Annie responded to all of my questions promptly through email. Michell showed up early and his estimate of the time it would take for the cleaning was spot-on. He did a great job! My condo is cleaner than it's ever been. Annie and Michell were both very friendly and worked with me to coordinate the best time for the cleaning. I also appreciated how they were able to provide all the supplies needed for the cleaning. I've already started recommending Banstead Fantastic Cleaners to my friends and plan to use them in the future.

I feel very happy with the value - I feel very happy with the value. Great Price, The customer service and service overall was amazing. And they have best location and their staff are pretty nice people. They did such a great work.
