Great customer service - Cleaning services Romford is the third cleaning service I've had while living in my current abode. The first two weren't bad, but Cleaning services Romford is #1. No waiting around for weeks just to get a quote! The bathroom tub is always sparkling fresh. I also appreciate that I can reach a live person on the phone. This may not sound like a big deal, but trust me......it is!

Move Out Cleaning - I had scheduled a different company for a move-out clean of my 1br apartment. Well, they never showed up and I was in a bit of a bind. Then I called this one and everything was tip top. Great job and very professional approach.

Calling them on a regular basis - Cleaning Services Romford was hired to clean my home during my wedding week! We had lots of family members coming into town, which meant an urgent need to sanitise my house and get rid of all the dog hair throughout! Cleaning Services Romford did a FANTASTIC job and my house looked amazing...all 2500 sq. feet of it. We had a party 2 days after they were there and everyone said how CLEAN and pretty our home was. They were on-time, professional and I will definitely be calling them on a regular basis. Thank you Cleaning Services Romford!! :)

Cleaned my house from top to bottom - I started using them because I was having unexpected surgery and didn't want to come home to a not so clean house. They were wonderful. Fit me in before my surgery and cleaned my house from top to bottom.

Everything was spotless - Everything was spotless. It almost looked like I had never had tenants living in my flat. I ran my finger over every surface, stuck it under and behind every appliance, and found...nothing. Juliet and two other cleaners worked so hard, cleaning everything from ceilings to floors. Recommend them!

She went above and beyond - I called on a Wednesday morning to have the apartment I just moved out of cleaned. I just couldn't muster the mojo to do it myself after all the box schlepping. Really, it was just the kitchen and bathroom on the roughly 600 sq. foot apartment - I'd taken care of the living room and bedroom. Patty was really great from Cleaning Services Romford. She went above and beyond. The oven and fridge were clean, the counters and sinks looked good (as best as they could for a 60 year old counter and sink. I'm very pleased and I would definitely call them again.
