The rudest two controllers I have ever spoken to, even when I was being polite and friendly! On the times I have used them (when my good local cab firm is busy) they have never arrived on time and never update me or apologise.. Mostly when I get a taxi it is because I am running late, so to have another 15, 20 mins added on to the expected 5 minute wait is not good.
This time they were 15 minutes late and the man said,' what;s the problem with that?' They were both rude, didn't listen, I couldn't believe how they were talking to a costumer, then they just put the phone down!
With Uber around, I will be surprised if they last very long!

Good Taxi Service in Highgate - I have used Highgate Cars several times and am quite satisfied with their reliable service and reasonable prices.
tThey use GPS and usually have the llatest model vehicles with helpful good drivers.
excellent service.
good airport prices.
highly recommended.
