Useless twit serving cocktails - While Henry's has a good range of cocktails in print, the messy black-haired bartender spends more time twirling shakers and bottles around (and breaking glasses) than making good-quality drinks or even bothering to remember your order.

Watered down cocktails, far too few beers on offer to satisfy the men, Happy Hour is just about the only time Henry's is acceptable value for money.
