Prepare to wait - I try to avoid pizza hut on Queen Street as the staff does not actually know what goes into their pizza ingredient wise.
You will also sometimes need to wait about 10 minutes (until you get fed up and leave) at the door because they want to show you where to sit - the staff kept looking up to us but then went off to the bar or to other customers instead of showing us to a table or just saying we can choose a table.
The restaurant was less than half full, there were 2 waiters- 1 busy with the till, the other (female) just kept walking around, saw us and ignored us.

This is the poorest service I have ever experienced in Cardiff, so we left.

The same happened again yesterday, where we waited and waited, clearly showing we were getting fed up and they just do not bother.

We left and went to Pizza Express instead - much better Pizza and atmosphere. Very friendly staff, not like Pizza Hut at all!
I am not saying the staff is unfriendly, but they just seem to lack customer service! 29-04-09
