Neighbourhood classic - Grumbles is well loved by Pimlico locals for its delicious, classic British and European dishes, cosy atmosphere and good value. Some dishes might be considered 'retro' (think avocado and prawn starter), but ingredients are good and quality of cooking is very respectable, especially simple, classic dishes like the tasty sirloin steak and very yummy ice cream with chocolate sauce and almonds. Try to sit downstairs in winter to avoid draughty entrance. 06-05-09

Yummy food - This is one of my fave restaurants - it's near my office so stumbled across it last year. Consider it my secret find as it's tucked away. Lots of cosy little tables and a good atmosphere. Check out the duck on the menu - great food and doesn't cost the earth either...... 10-09-08
