Leaky basement - We have been having problems during heavy rainfalls with water coming into a basement(extension to house) from an inside basement wall. We have had several assessments on how to resolve the problem and the only recommendation that made any sense to me was made by two representatives from this company. They worked quickly and efficiently and resolved the wet basement problem. There have been heavy rain storms in the past few days and the basement has been dry.

fix sump pump - Our sump pump wasnt working. Rick came at 8 in the evening spent about 2 hours investigating the problem tried different solutions. Was professional, courteous and kept the basement clean. Brought his supervisor next day to identify problem and replaced pump. Very satisfied.

Basement drain - I have a house I am currently renting out to a family. As a landlord I am concerned regarding the state of the house with winter approaching it needs to be fixed as soon as possible. One of the drains was leaking and I had found a company by the name of "Hanwell Builders" which were capable of arriving within two hours to fix the drain. I differently recommend the support of this company.

Various plumbing and drain issues - All our tubs and sinks and drains were draining slow or plugged.Also we were not getting enough hot water this company cleared up all of our drainage problems and they adjusted the hot water temperature so as to get the maximum available. Thank you

I highly recommend him to everyone. - Matthew was very excellent for fixing my plumbing leak in my basement. I had leaks in my basement nearby the water tank. So i called Steward from hanwell builders and he immediately showed up to the site to fix the problem. Also very excellent arriving my house on time and very well mannered. Since he finished the project, there has not been a water leak inside my basement. I highly recommend him to everyone.
