They were always very pleasant - There was a mix-up at the beginning about the job, which was partially my fault, but ultimately they made the repairs and they charged a reasonable rate. They were always very pleasant.

Repaired some shingles on our roof - I was very impressed with Surbiton Builders. Nice, friendly, responsive, honest people. Did what they said they would at a fair price and certainly did not try to sell me more work than what was really required. Recommend highly!!

Waterproofing - Noticed small leak in the basement and called around to get quotes. Surbiton Builders came lowest and did the job fast, neatly and on budget. No BS - Good job. Would recommend them to all I know. Thank you guys.

Fix root problem - My basement got a flood for the second time this winter. I got this local handyman company, there technician unplugged my drain and pulled out a bunch of roots from the pipe which caused the blockage. He gave me an estimate for a new pipe, in result I will have the job done this summer. They were very helpful and definitely I will use them in the future.

Thanks for making our home sparkle - The technicain was extremely helpful with colour selection. We like our new paint job and he was capable and friendly, even assisting our gen. contractor with help with molding and plastering, We would recommend Surbiton Builders to anyone.
