Toilet replacement - Wow who would have though? All I had was a 1 drop leak from the toilet tank, not thinking anything major was wrong, I went to work at 8am and came back home at 4pm only to see that there was a puddle of water in my garage, water had started to soak through my floor in the bathroom all the way down to the garage.One call is all it took to get these guys to my home in under 45mins. Representative was very polite and knowledgeable,he quickly identified the problem and offered solutions.

Reinstalled bathroom sink - "Recently our bathroom wall mounted sink fell off the wall.We called this company and they advised me how to shut off the water to stop the flooding.They arrived within 1 hour and reinstalled the sink basin better than the original installation by our builder. Thank!You are Marvellous.

water leak - Bathtub hot water pipe leaking into my kitchen - called this company and it was fixed in one hour the net day. The plumber was great as was customer service desk - dispatch called me twice to confirm he was on his way. Great service but in retrospect, was pretty expensive for only 1 hour's work. I give them a 10 for service and 5 for price.

Fix Kitchen Tap...needed replacing - Our kitchen tap broke during the night. A phone call early in the morning resulted in an assessment of the problem and replacement of the tap in less than 6 hours from the initial call. High quality products, staff and service. Many thanks for your service!

leaky shower faucet - We'd been experiencing problems with our shower for several weeks and one call to this company solved the problem. Call person was a pleasure to deal with and technician was on-time, professional and very courteous. Overall it was a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate using them again or referring them to friends and family.

kitchen drain blockages - I discovered all three of my kitchen sinks were backing up with stinky water at 3 o'clock in the afternoon. I called this company and serviceman was at my door within an hour! He worked for a couple of hours diligently to get all the sinks working again. He gave me helpful advice so it doesn't happen again and introduced me to a great 'green friendly' product which will keep the drain system working problem free. I am so grateful and appreciative of the great, reliable, fast service I received! Thanks !

Strange smell in the Bathroom - I called this company for a strange smell in one of my unused bathrooms - I was really worried about mold or leaky pipes. Tech quickly clarified that this odour was from the non-use of the fixtures and idle water sitting in the drains. I also had some problems with the builder installed toilets which he gave me various options/quotes to deal with. Very courteous, friendly, and professional service.

faucet repairs - Again this company saved the day, we have used them for over 5 years now. Our builder put in fancy faucets in our bathroom and the parts are very hard to find,but representative found them. Although we had to wait a week he found the parts and saved the day. Great service as always!!!

Annual checkup ; service one faucet - We have been regular customers since we moved into this house and had a toilet and bathroom sink installed in 2008. We signed up for the loyalty program, and so have everything checked out each year--which has proved to be an excellent investment. We've always been impressed by the promptness, courtesy, and professionalism of the staff, and have no hesitation in giving this company our enthusiastic recommendation.

Dishwasher Install - I found this company to be prompt and the plumber was very nice- a pleasure to have in my home.The cost was exactly what I expected.He gave me several options without any pressure and I found that refreshing.The plumber was very polite and very skilled and my new Bosch dish washer looks great and was installed perfectly.Thanks

Hotwater in the Toliet - Experienced started with call operator organising the visit after hours. She was extremely helpful. Had to reschedule but booked again the next morning. Technician was very service oriented and pleasant to engage with. He is also quite skilled as he had to conduct a big investigation to solve a difficult problem. Would recommend to my mother for sure. Will have them come again!

Leaky basement - We've had ongoing problems with a leaky basement for several years and in spite of several attempts at solving the problem it still persists when the heavy rains hit London in the Spring and Fall. Clogged drains in the bathroom - I was ankle high in water flooding out of the toilet and as well, backing up into the bathtub. What a mess. I called and a very kind bookings department guided me through and made immediate arrangements to have someone come out. Within a short time, the technician was there and the problem resolved within an hour. Extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable and VERY reasonable with cost. Thanks!!!

Clean out clogged drain - I called them late Saturday afternoon and was told they would arrive about 6:30 PM (same day). They were late and arrived at 6:34 PM! Within about an hour he fixed the problem, inserted a camera into the drain to show me what he did, point out an additional clog on city property that I should get the municipality to correct and finally cleaned up.

Clogged Kitchen Drain - I called at 9 am with a fully clogged kitchen drain. The plumber was to be at our house at 2 pm and he was. One hour later---we were back with a free flowing sink! Wonderful, clean, fast and efficient service.

Old clay trap removal and replaceme - We discovered a sewage backup in our basement wash room-- within half an hour of calling this company, they were on the scene! The team were incredibly courteous, professional and kept us informed of the problem and the work required to fix the immediate problem (blockage) and put in long term solution (replace the old clay trap with 2 PVC cleanouts.

Blocked sewer pipe - I was impressed with the speed of the on-site response. They guys were clean, in uniform, put booties on in my house, and found and corrected the problem quickly. The overall repair (dig up and replace the broken pipe with root infiltration) was done the next day and performed very professionally.The price was reasonable too!

underground drain replacement - Plumbing problems are stressful as they can potentially cause serious damage to your property and its all happening mysteriously underground.A neighbour recommended this company. From my first phone call to checking the work upon completion I was treated courteously and they took the time to explain the problem and the solution. They left my driveway cleaner than before the digging commenced. I felt that the job was done promptly and professionally by experts. I was most impressed with the work crew, a three man digging tag team who worked hard all day in the heat to dig that huge hole but at the same time properly attired,no plumbers butt !

Nice work - I got Skilled's name from this website and sent the owner, Wayne, an email and within 5 minutes I had a reply and an appointment scheduled for first thing the following morning. He quoted a reasonable price and had the job done properly in two hours. He replaced the bathroom sink and tap, fixed a leaky toilet and bath tap. He was extremely pleasant and professional and I would definitely call him again and recommend him highly. Thank you Wayne – I will be calling you when I’m ready to renovate the bathroom!

He arrived on time, assessed the disasterous plumbing left behind by the previous owner and fix all 4 problems (kitchen sink, 2 bathroom sinks and washing machine shut offs) within 4 hours, all the while keeping everything clean, dry and left all areas immaculate! amazing ! - John came by and did an excellent job of diagnosing several issues in my hme way beyond the scope of the actual work performed. He fixed a leaky faucet in the bathroom which was driving me nuts. I also noticed a leak in my shut off valve in the basement. He installed a new shut off which no longer leaks and is easier to shut off. He was really professional and did everything in a timely manner and cleaned everything up afterwards. He also included a free home inspection which I was happy about. I would recommmend signing up for the membership to get the preferred. We'll be using the company again the future.

Backed up toilet - I calledSkilled Plumbers a few weeks ago because my toilet was backing up in the 2nd floor washroom. Thomas, the plumber came to my house, quickly diagnosed the problem and got straight to work to fix the plumbing issue. In no time, he had my toilet working like new again and he kept the work area clean making sure he had shoe covers on at all times. I am. very satisfied with this company and I give them two thumbs up for a job well done!
