Unblocking a kitchen sink drain - My mother's kitchen sink wouldn't drain and I couldn't solve the problem myself. Plumber came at the time promised, on a Sunday morning, and did a great job. He was very careful and left no mess even though it was a messy job. He explained the work and the cost beforehand and gave my mother a seniors' discount. I would recommend the this company without hesitation.

Electrical Renovation work and othe - This company are terrific. They have done all of the electrical work for my basement renovation as well as a number of smaller jobs throughout my home. The work has always been top notch, efficient and well priced. They are incredibly experienced and were able to efficiently and professionally deal with all of our electrical problems. No job seems to large or too small. There are very few trades that I have dealt with that I would recommend as highly as these guys.

Bathroom Fixture Repair and Replace - I am very happy with the service I received from this company. They were very friendly over the phone and were able to get a plumber to my house on a Sunday. He walked us through all the pricing and got right to work. He did an excellent job and was very friendly. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get no hassle service with a smile. Severely clogged drain of sink with - We've known this company for nearly eight years. We're heavy users of a kitchen garbage disposer and that seems to have created recurring severe clogs about 20 to 50 feet down the sewage system. This time we replaced the disposer with a high-end unit, which explains the total cost of this service call. Always, this company has done the job to a "T". Prompt. Neat. Polite.Super competent. And fair pricing. By "fair", I mean "value for the money" - not "cheap".

Complete Electrical Upgrade - This company has performed several complete electrical upgrades for us on a number of different houses. The have rewired entire houses, removed all knob and tube, upgraded the service and the panels. Their work has always been first rate--incredibly professional, clean and reliable. Their service has far exceeded our expectations each time. We could not recommend them more highly.

Unclogging toilet - My toilet was clogged with a small plastic toy which got stuck deep in the pipe, this company came over and unclogged the toilet quickly with no extra fees. I would recommend this service to others with any plumbing or drainage problems.

Wiring and installing ceiling light - My husband and I are very appreciative of the excellent work. Technician was friendly, professional and worked very efficiently. He took time to explain things properly and was thoroughly considerate about putting down tarps and leaving the place clean. Hopefully he is available next time we need an electrician. Replaced 100amp fuse panel with bre - Technician always showed up on time and did excellent work. He even installed light fixtures, outlets and switches for no additional charge. Everything was cleaned up well, and he would not leave until we were completely satisfied with the work. We would not hesitate to recommend this company to others. If we are having electrical work done in the future we would definitely call them.

Kitchen Drain Repair - Very good service that started right from the initial email and phone contact. \was able to get an appointment promptly and confirmation the morning of. Once the technician arrived he was very courteous and made sure everything was fixed and tested. Plumbing -- fix leaky sink, unclog - After years of living with a slow drain that various plumbers have only partially cleared and which would soon get blocked up, this company did the job wonderfully. blockage in bathroom sink , fixed - Technciain arrived very quickly, and was able to locate the problem with the blocked sink, he was able to clear it and also helped with a problem with the slow flushing toilet, he was very professional and helpful . Broken and clogged drains - I have utilised the services of this company twice in the past three years. The first time, they avoided having to dig up our basement due to often clogged sanitary drains caused by tree roots. They scoped to find the problem and then relined the drains with a special process. We have not had a problem since the repair! Last week I had the pleasure of reconnecting with them to resolve another problem about a basement leak due to a broken clay pipe.Once again my problem was diagnosed and corrected quickly and most efficiently. I highly recommend them and their staff!

Replaced Basement Pipe - This company replaced old clay pipes that were filled with tree roots with new PVC piping. They helped me get a city official out to assess the situation which may mean a rebate for me. From the huge excavation scene one day to complete cleanliness the next! I was amazed. Great thoroughness & attention to detail.

Replacement of breather and trap on - This company gave us an estimate that compared well to others we received. They scheduled the job the following day. They took time to explain the problem and answer questions and to show me footage of the piping. I found technician to be helpful and sincere.

Confirming sewer line clear to avoi - Because my home has become a rental property, my home insurance no longer covers sewer backup damages and suggested that I have my sewer line examined to determine the shape that it is in. At the same time I had a very slow drainage from my tub in the basement. The team that came were polite, efficient and as happy as I was to learn that my sewage line was totally clear. They solved the bathtub drain, and were away in no time. I was very satisfied with their work.

Drain repairs - We required some urgent drain repairs and a few days before Easter. The guys from this company were prompt in doing what was agreed, completed the work in a thorough manner. There were two m coponents to the work and this was all done in one day. They were allocated the necessary manpower and equipment to get the job done. I can't claim that the cost of the job was a bargain but then again we usually get what we pay for. I would not hesitate to recommend this company as there is goof value in a job being done well and done in a prompt manner.

Repair a broken underground pipe - I was experiencing sewage back ups in the basement due to a broken pipe. This company located the problem and provided me a quote that was the exact cost of the job. They also came over and cleared the blockage so that I could use water until they could get over to do the repairs at the last minute. The staff were all very pleasant and answered all my questions.

replaced clay pipe drain with plast - We required a fair bit of messy work to be done (both in the house and in the garage) in terms of finding the source of an underground drainage block. The professional crew found the problem, did the necessary work quickly (which included extensive digging down under), demonstrated their workmanship via pipe/camera viewed on a portable TV, and then cleaned up replacing everything back to it's original condition. I never even lifted a broom. I would not hesitate to recommend this company, however, it is not inexpensive work to be done and that part was a bit unpleasant.

Great job! - I had a very fast response from this company.They answered the phone, came in less than an hour and in 20 minutes the toilet was flushing again.They are very polite and pleasant.They helped me with some good plumbing advice. Definitely the best - Scott was always on time and did a great job. We had a few snags regarding the fixtures we bought for one of the specialty stores (not so great), but Scott worked through it all and the bathroom came out looking fantastic. He was also very quick to reply to my emails and phone calls and as a first time renovator it was appreciated. We would definitely recommend him to family and friends and if we ever have plumbing renovations again, he is our guy.

good job - We used Reliable Builders to replace the main line into the house, replace and move all our kitchen plumbing, move our upstairs main bathroom, and add a new powder room on our main floor. Owen was prompt, polite and extremely professional. We are 100% satisfied with everything he's done in our home. He was present for all the inspections and ensured everything went smoothly.

polite, courteous and helpful - I would like to thank Peter from Reliable Builders for putting up my potlights in my living room it was done perfect and very accurate. Peter was very polite, courteous and helpful when he installed the potlights and plugs for the tv and did a very clean job.
