animal control - Friday called, Booked Monday appointment. When they were on the way to my house, they called ahead of time (especially I was not at home). Once they arrived, they called again and explained to me what they were going to go. Set the animal friendly exit for the Squirrel and have the follow up call the next day. Make sure I understood what exactly going on. Thank you very much for your service.

reliable business - This company's technician was so prompt and reliable, Professional, and understanding to myself and family and we found him to be honest and a good hearted person. This was my second pest control company I called, as the first had not did a thorough job on ridding the bugs after i already paid them. I highly recommend Pest Control Swanley.

mice inspection - We found a mouse in our kitchen several weeks ago. Pest Control Swanley were very highly reviewed online, so we gave them a call. They came within two days to perform a thorough inspection and address any areas of concern. Several days ago, we received a follow-up phone call to verify that there was no mouse recurrence. The service was wonderful, and very accommodating of our tight schedules (he came on Sunday night!). The phone call was unexpected, and further indicative of exemplary dedication to clients!

If you have ANY pest problems call - If you have ANY problems with bugs, rodents, or other pests, call this company! The best in London! They are considerate, pleasant and if needed, they do "touch-ups" to the treatment. As it turned out, we did not need a "touch up" as one shot did the trick. i say this in a most pleasant way,love them, but i hope I don't see you again......

Carpenter Ants - PCS sprayed my house inside in Feb. for carpenter ants and now they are gone. They came back today to do the outside areas which is included in the one year guarantee.They are very courteous and nice guys and always punctual. They explains everything to you so you know what to expect. I would highly recommend them.
