I wish we'd never went with this firm. Ever.
Years and years of hard work down the drain because of their incompetence.
Pretty much forcing our hand to settle for less than 1% of the claim with just to get their fees. Underhand tactics to charge fees that were promised to be not charged for.

Leaving us very confused when they were supposed to help us.
I wish I'd never used this firm.

Don't bother!! Robbers! - Thinking of making a noise induced hearing loss claim? Attracted by all those advertisements they're churning out in the newspapers?
THEN DON'T!!!
Bad service, bad "lawyers".

Apparently my case was being handled by a "James Green", but every time I tried to speak to him, he was "busy", "unavailable", "in a meeting". I got the impression he let a bunch of inexperienced stooges do all the work whilst he lorded it over them.

I tried to arrange a face to face meeting as I wished to know who was responsible for representing me in a very serious (to me) matter and was told this wasn't "feasible" and this would only be arranged if the case progressed to a court date.

If you want the personal service, then DO NOT EMPLOY THIS FIRM!!

I closed my claim because I was not happy with them and I'm sure I won't be the only one!!
Oh, and be aware that this isn't a no risk service. If you win, they'll take 40% of your compensation...don't put that in the advert do they? 08-07-13
