AVOID AT ALL COSTS, shockingly bad company, they should be investigated for malpractice.

I had no hot water and called this company to help. The plumber stayed for an 1 1/4 hours, and frankly I have no idea what he did. He claimed that many parts needed to be ordered for my boiler and immersion to work, which later turned out to be untrue. He left me with no hot water and a massive bill for absolutely zero work.

I spoke with another plumber over the phone and within 15 minutes he ran me through the necessary and I was able to fix the problem and have running hot water that very night. There was no pressure in the system! Apparently the most basic of requirements!!!

The company is ignoring my calls and emails, I've had to get a refund from my credit card company.

Short review - Last month I had to call out a plumber to fix my boiler. I tried some of the 'Big' companies who had ridiculous call out charges just to diagnose the problem. So I called Able Plumbing & Heating who sent out Bob. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem in one visit. The cost was reasonable and the service was excellent.
