Don't use these guys - bunch of thieves. Booked job. Engineer could barely speak English and was unable to explain issue. He need straightforward parts - pressure sensor for Zanussi, but they don't hold any parts & have to order. Spent a week of numerous calls to ask for parts to be ordered. They promised every day to get back to me, but never did. After a week I asked for a refund and they refused. When I protested they hung up the phone on me.
They also charge £70 for every visit - £70 to investigate, £70 to return when they have got round to ordering the part and need to fit.
Avoid, unless you want to wait and then get ripped off.

good service - I had my kitchen sink fixed today by a plumber who worked for BRS Plumbing & Electrical. He was punctual on arrival and managed to clear the blockage and replace some elements of this drainage that were causing the original problem. I am pleased with the level of service I have received.
