Reasonable - Very reasonable flat rate hourly fee. They provide receipts for all purchases, so you know they're not marking up the supplies.

Friendly and helpful - I've asked to have someone come to my flat twice now to do some odd jobs and have been very happy both times. Both guys were really friendly and helpful.

Painted Two Bathroom - Over the past couple of years, they have painted two bathrooms and a staircase and when I asked them about painting my back fence, they were honest enough to say that it was probably better to just keep it as is rather than to go to extra expense for something that might not look great.

Hanging some pictures - I called them to see about hanging some pictures in my home, which I hadn't gotten around to doing myself in the previous four months. They were prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and his price was very reasonable. I wished I had called them four months earlier.
