Stair runner and bathroom tile clea - As part of my to-do list for our new home, I wanted to have the tiles in two bathrooms and the carpet stair runners professionally cleaned. The customer services specialist that I was in contact with was very professional and patient throughout the quote process (as I had come back and forth with a couple scope changes). The cleaning appointment was booked and the technician assigned to our job was punctual and walked me through the process of what was to be completed. Quality of the cleaning was excellent.

Carpet Cleaning - We have a basement apartment and after our former tenants moved out, the carpet was in horrible condition. There were stains all over the carpet and unbeknown to us, they had let their puppy use the carpet as his toilet. We were positive after cleaning the carpet ourselves, that it would have to be replaced. However, we decided to give this company a call as the carpet was only 3 years old. The cleaning lady arrived on time, was extremely polite and professional and the cleaning job was superb.
