Clear blocked drain, remove,replace - We had a blocked drain that needed to be cleared. We contacted this company and they returned out call within a couple of hours and arranged to come and do the work within 1 day. Technician was friendly, efficient and fair. Not only did he remove our toilet, clear the drain and replace the toilet, but he was also was very helpful in terms of pointing out certain toilet parts that were becoming worn or that might be nearing the end of their useful life.

plumbing problems solved - I have never met more diligent and hard working repairmen. We had extensive work done inside and outside to waterproof the foundation and replace damaged sewer lines and pipes that had caused significant flooding in the house. The representative was the principal plumber for the underground work and was extremely knowledgeable and careful, putting in long and difficult days cheerfully.

roofing service - Some years ago we faced a significant problem with a leaky roof at a home at our golf facility. Where a 3 story high turret met the roof of the main building, a design flaw resulted in snow accumulating and a very heavy load of water passing over a difficult valley.Leaking occured over several years and we had several contractors attempt repairs with no success. It seemed no one wanted to look at a small, unimportant job such as this- not to mention the danger of the height at which the repair had to be made. Joe and his partner at this company took it on with confidence. After careful consideration, they decided to make changes to the roof pitch to redirect the water. This required some tricky re-building which, I'm sure, took a great deal more effort than they at first imagined. After so many others had tried and failed, I'm pleased to report that they were successful with the work and after 5 years we remain leak free. Thanks so much!

excellent in their work - Had most of the windows replaced in our home by Smith, they did an excellent job. Very professional and thorough. Best part of dealing with Smith was Kevin the sales rep who was amazing and very easy going. Helped us immensely when needed. Only wished I knew the window ledge was too narrow for installing shutters.
