Carpets got cleaner - They did exactly what I needed and did not try to sell me un-needed items. Representative, was super polite and helpful and very accommodating. Plus they use very little water so carpet is not soaking for hours and hours. A Plus.

carpet stain removal - There were a couple of stains, caused when a past carpet cleaner didn't place protective pads under the wooden dinning table. The cleaner told me he wasn't sure he could remove them as they might be from wood stain. He was able to remove one and although the other didn't come completely out, it has faded and is not very noticeable. I was very pleased with the service and will definitely be calling this company again and recommending it to my friends.
