And they do it! - I was on my way to buy a new 100% wool rug, but was advised to go to these guys. After a quick phone conversation (they can be a bit short) I got the facts and the result was AMAZING. The rug is softer than when I first purchased it and better looking all around. The customer service is sometimes curt, but always professional. I don't need another friend quite frankly - just someone to clean my rugs and do a great job and they do it!

Very cool. - We hired them to clean our carpets and they did a fabulous job! Very thorough, friendly staff, and we could really see a BIG improvement after they finished. This was the 2nd time we have used their service, and even after it being almost 2 years since the last cleaning, they charged as previously. Very cool!

I couldn't recommend more! - We couldn't be happier with the service. The cleaners showed up early, were professional, friendly, enthusiastic, and clearly love their job. My very dirty couch looks brand new and they put a lot of effort into cleaning it. The price was very reasonable for the work that was done. I couldn't recommend more!

Best executed office task. - Getting our carpets cleaned by Carpet Cleaning Reading was the fastest, easiest, best executed office task I've had done in months. The cleaners were responsive, flexible for appointment timing, showed up slightly early, were quick and thorough, and billed us the exact amount we were quoted!
