On the day of the funeral very dignified and professional, but organist could have been better at the church. The organist missed out a verse from hym and had to be promoted by minister to carry on. The funeral home in Bishopbriggs is very drab inside and when going to view my sisters body the room was very drab and pokey and my sisters body was pushed to the corner in the room, think they need to look at doing up inside property to make it more pleasant as this image I cannot get out of my head.Also when viewing body instruction to put on my sisters jewellery were not followed and this had to be put on while we were viewing body. 17-08-18
