Poor Service - I ordered a bracelet for my girlfriend when it came it was a different colour to what was shown online and also badly scratched. I took it in store then had to wait 20min after I asked a girl for some help she replied I don’t work in this department. Once been seen too I had to wait another 20min for him to come back and say we need to take it up stairs. We then went upstairs to the accounts area to be dealt with by a very rude member of staff for her to turn around to me and say we don’t take returns from the internet in store, to which I replied it said that you could on your website and I also know someone else had returned items to store. The lady very rudely replied I deal with all returns and I don’t take returns. I also got in touch with their online customer service for them not to be really bothered but they did confirm you can take items back to store. 02-02-09
