They do it their way - Sinatra's bar and restaurant is one of my favourite places to eat and drink in. I have been going for eight years on a regular basis. Rarely does the standard of food or service change. On the downside they could do with changing their menu a little more often but they do have a daily specials menu available to add variety. The food is always of a consistently high standard.

The atmosphere is harmonious and relaxing. No matter how busy the restaurant or bar is the service is superb.

The walls are filled with photographs of famous people and a trip to the men's toilets is a must to see the pictures in there....I'm female!!

This restaurant in my opinion is the top of the 'middle tier' restaurants in Nottingham.
