Frankie & Benny's has a traditional 1950s New York feel to it with its original family photographs, traditional wooden furniture and period music. They serve a wide range of authentic American and Italian dishes at their restaurant including pizzas, pasta, burgers, ribs and fries. They also cater for vegetarians and serve cocktails, beers, wines and spirits at their bar. It is an ideal party or pre-cinema venue.

An experience not to be repeated! - We were a group of 14 booked in on a Tuesday night. It wasn't very busy, but service was slow. 2 main meals were not what were ordered when arrived and had to be changed. Some food was good, some was not so good, chicken was barely warm, pizza was so thin but burnt round the edge, and plates were cold.
We ordered desserts but then had to re-order replacements as some were not available. The pancakes were supposed to be warm, but they were cold and sent back, to be replaced with further cold ones.
To add insult to injury, the bill was over stated by £25, which we pointed out and didn't pay.
Some meals are over priced, and the drinks certainly are.
An experience not to be repeated!

Amazing... -Amazing Rudeness!!! - After visiting the cinema we decided to pop over to Frankie & Benny's for a bite to eat.

It was only 9pm so plenty of time. The place didn't seem very busy & there was noone else waiting for a table so we patiently waited to be seated by a member of staff...

& we waited...& we waited...

In total there were 4 waiting staff & 1 bar staff who looked at us, then put their head down & ignored us.

We waited for 10 minutes without even a 'hello'. Nobody spoke to us, nobody acknowledged us but at least 5 members of staff saw we were waiting.

Absolutely disgusting. Have never been anywhere so rude in my life!

There are plenty of other places to eat nearby, so I would give this place a wide birth. 14-10-08
