Now called Jorvik Spice - We were a little dubious when we went in as there was only one other table in. We later came to the conclusion that the restaurant is just in the wrong place. Not close enough to benefit from eaters in the city and not enough people living nearby.
However they were doing a roaring trade in deliveries which to me means the turnover of food is good.
We had mixed kebab and onion bhajis for starter absolutely fantastic fresh, crispy and tasty and the yoghurt sauce mmmmmm.
For main the lamb tikka massala was the best ive ever had, along with a chicken chom chom a sag aloo some special pilau and a freshly cooked naan.
Friendly service and a couple of beers what more can you ask for just over £30.
