So so cut, horrible colour - I live quite locally so thought i'd give it a try, then immediately regretted it! The receptionist and hairdressers are fairly friendly and made me feel comfortable, but seemed a bit out of depth when i showed her the haircut i want (simple layers and a sloping fringe).

Anyway, my hairdresser (Alma) proceeds to cut my fringe first, which it really like two strands hanging on either side. It's valentine's day, and she keeps bugging me to get my colour change, she keeps insisting on semi permanent but i tell her i prefer permanent.

So after my cut, she proceeds to do my colour, getting it all around my face and onto my makeup, all over my ears and even manages to splash some on my cheeks! it was a vivid red dye and she got the receptionist to wipe some off but not all.

Anyway as soon as i get back home, i realise i've still got dye all over my face and on my scalp (very unprofessional in my opinion - since i've never managed to that to myself at home!) On my first shampoo, i realise that she did in fact put a semi-permanent dye into my hair, even though it wasn't what i wanted.

Cut was ok priced about £38 but i feel my hair just hangs rather than be really styled in any way, translation = i hate it!

And the colouring was £40, - i still want to complain, but i'm afraid they'd just offer to do it again and i don't want dye marks all over my face and scalp!
