Thai Metro serves good, simple and tasty food in a simple decor. The service is efficient and the restaurant has a good local following.

RUDE MAN! - I've eaten here before - pretty average Thai cuisine.

A friend and I went in here yesterday to see if we could get a table for lunch. The waiter was SO RUDE in telling us no (despite there being a couple leaving that very minute).

Mr. Thai Metro 'maitre'd' don't you know that you should never be rude to customers - because they won't come back?! And now, they tell their friends about it. And also people they don't know.

The food wasn't the sort I'll miss, and following yesterdays events, I won't be going back here.

Good lunch value - Thai Metro has a pretty good value lunch menu with basic thai fare. Nice to sit outside on the street during the summer and watch all the people stroll by although the seating is quite crammed together.

Specials - I like going here during lunch time.

Their take on Thai is not bad at all, particularly noodle dishes.
But best of all i enjoy their daily specials that usually include fresh steamed fish or chicken with some intricate marinades and lovely fresh salads to go with it. Highly recommend daily specials. And of course the flower tea... ask for that, its so cute!
