On the corner of Greek Street and Old Compton Street, Maison Touaregue is a Moroccan and Lebanese restaurant, serving North African dishes such as couscous (the house specialty) and charcoal grills. Downstairs there is a basement bar open until 3am. There is also a ballet dancer who entertains the mix of regulars and tourists every Friday and Saturday night.

Maison Touaregue London Reviews

service was so bad we walked out - My friends and I tried to go here for dinner. We ended up walking out after just 1 appetizer because the manager of the restaurant was so incredibly rude.

He treated us like criminals because two of our friends were running 10 minutes late, and he criticized us for not ordering wine or beer because he said he wanted to make some money. That's a fair sentiment but to say that customers, especially two women (who had already ordered tea and appetizers), is rude. This is the worst restaurant experience I've had in London thus far.
