Fabulous - Beauty Clinic and a Hair salon, they are absolutley accurate on the colour job and hair cut,and beauty treatments , I've not experienced any good Hair and beauty salon in london since I moved here. I am glad I came to this place, they care for your hair by using L'oreal colour and they care about their customers. I've been going for the last 8 years and not once I've been dissapointed with my colour, cut, facial and all beauty treatments. I must also mention that the beauticians also put at ease specialy when its intimate waxing for us ladies, (Such as Hollywwod, brazilian,..)I will advise you try by yourself.

Great service, average price - I have been going to Lamatix since 4 years ago, i do all my beauty treatment there from massage, facial, waxing,...etc and i do my hair (color, highlight, cut and blow dry) as well as my husband and 2 children. the suff are very welcoming and friendly. we are always pleased with all the service we get in there.
we recommend it highly...

Avoid this cheap and nasty Salon - First of all, i had booked an appointment for a leg wax and then a haircut.

Well, where shall i start. The place sets itself up as a high end salon - certainly from the outside and the treatments on offer (they even have a 'doctor' who does light cosmetic work) and the pricing.

However, you go in and the waiting area is tiny, which would be fine apart from the very loud dance music being played in the hair salon round the corner. The magazines are out of date and oddly there is only one hair magazine.

There is a doorway right by the waiting area and a nurse and / or doctor will come up several times and ask if you are 'x' - you aren't and it gets quite irritating.

Eventually you get offered a terrible cup of coffee.

So, i get called in for my leg waxing by a woman with absolutely no personality / sense of customer service. Still, it's only a leg wax. You get taken through the same door the nurse / doctor keep coming through into a very small room. The beautician tells you to take your trousers off without offering you a towel to cover yourself up (it was only a lower leg wax!) so i had to ask for one. Wasn't too much of a problem but whilst she was gone i looked around at the waxing equipment - very old and slightly rusty!!! The wax was the old style - pot of runny wax in a heated pot. Leg wax very average in the end - still had some hairs left though!! Plus then she put baby oil on my legs (without attempting to remove any of the wax first). Nasty.

So then the haircut.......hairdresser young man - seems very nice, friendly, chatty etc. My hair had grown out of any style so I went through the one magazine and found a style very similar to the one i wanted - i just wanted a slightly longer version. Well goodness, the hair cut i got was appalling - looked NOTHING like the picture i had shown, was dated, did not suit my face. I obviously looked so upset that he asked me what was wrong so i told him and he asked me to tell him what i wanted - I said i had already shown him a picture and he still hadn't managed it so what else did he expect me to tell him. Anyway, end result is I am no good at complaining and ended up paying full price for this revolting haircut!! So ashamed!! But given i was so unhappy with the haircut, the least they could have done was offer me a discount but no, they couldn't wait to get the money off me. I had to go straight over the road to another hairdressers and have my hair re styled.

In summary - do not waste your money and certainly don't risk any cosmetic procedures - i would be very surprised if the 'doctor' is a qualified doctor in any form of the word given how cheap and nasty the place really is.
