Horrendous! - My hair looks like its been cut by a two year old. If you have shorter than shoulder length hair and want it styled do not go here, a bad haircut is one thing, but bad short haircut takes it to the next level. I can’t describe how bad it is – even after having a discussion about what I wanted. Obviously don’t know how to actually cut hair.

Brow today, gone tomorrow... - I had the worst experience at Heloise today as I almost lost my eyebrows. I went there as it is near my house and the beautician is said to have had years of experince. That didn't show today as her manner was so rude, unprofessional and even confrontational. I didn't get a greeting (just 'follow me') and then was met with a hostile rant after I said I wanted them shaped and matched up as one was slightly higher than the other. "Why would you say that, what do you think I do here?!!...Seriously, what kind of service are you expecting?! What else would I do, I do eyebrows, of course I shape them!!..." I couldn't believe that she was actually shouting at me, I wanted to leave but I was in shock. And then she continued to butcher me until I was left with pencil lines for eyebrows that doesnt suit my face and now I have to wait months to look normal again. And she said threading originated from Thailand...it isn't! Don't go there!
