I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. After having dealt with them buying 1 then a 2nd puppy from them our second dog was diagnosed with a congenital portystemic lives shunt, if you look at his advertising they say their puppies are free from any congenital abnormality NOT TRUE our puppy had a congenital liver disease which Mr Lancaster says is "nature " so he knows more than vets congenital means it was passed on from birth. They did give us our money back that we had paid for him and offered help with our vetinary costs WRONG he has refused to help us, towards our £9,824 vetinary bills. I have asked for the details of where our dog has come from I gave him his chip number but still he refuses to tell me, the original tags that the original breeder puts on the puppies showing where the pup has come from has been illegally removed by DH a fact that he admitted in the Lancashire telegraph so that potential owners wouldn't be unhappy, The reason for not admitting where he buys his puppies from could be that they are from puppy farms. I wouldn't want anyone else to go through what we have watching our puppy become seriously ill.
