Possibly the rudest staff in town - If there was a negative rating here I'd use it.
Went here to buy an £80 electronic reader and were left waiting for 15 mins while assistant just disappeared. When we complained, the asst manager was just as unhelpful. The staff basically don't give a toss about you so don't waste your time and money here. Not surprising HMV is going under with this kind of attitude.
