Oh dear! - Re Charlotte St. branch Liverpool:
Went (2 of us), on a tuesday lunch time, beginning of October.
Never been to this branch, but have been several times to one in Hoylake. Just wanted a simple reasonable meal - & (thought) know what to expect.

Decor etc: Dark, dingy, grubby feel- (should have taken as a hint)
Ploughmans was not available- so my friend chose all day breakfast- not great
I had vegatable & noodle dish, with added chicken- hot chilli- but cold temperature.
Friend had to plump for 3rd choice of lager as again, choice not available.

Went to toilet- The 'check list' said checked regularly- but I dont know what they check, not state of toilets obviously:
Ist - lock broken, 2nd, no paper, 3rd baby nappy on floor, 4th had to do although still no lock.
Generally poor stae of affairs.
