Nice cut, shame about the service. - Be very, very careful in this store. My girlfriend had her hair cut there (nothing wrong with the cut, by the way) and when it was finished the staff suddenly couldn't find her coat, which they had taken from her, which contained her wallet, house keys and mobile. They then waived the fee for the cut and then when she contacted them in an attempt to get to the bottom of it all, they demanded that she pay for the cut.
They ARE liable for damage or loss to personal property under the bailment laws but six months on, they are still wriggling in an attempt to get out of paying up.
