More than just a shop - I really liked this shop, the clothes selection was great. They seemed to match my taste anyway. It was a bit more than that though, they seem to have put a lot of effort into the decoration of the shop, it makes it more of an experience. Shops in general should put more effort into this.

The clothes are the higher end of the scale of what I buy, not exactly cheap. Most of the brands are known to be of the higher end of fashion anyway, so this is understood. 27-09-10

US UO vs. UK UO - One word... wow. Even though I live about five blocks away from an Urban Outfitters in the states, the UK UO had a very different selection of clothing.

I love the funky urban edge of the brands that UO carries. It's definitely young and fun. But amidst all the shelves are classic pieces as well that you could wear all year long.

Apart from the US UO, most of it is the same kind of vibe, but the actual clothes are very different. There is always more of a selection when the brand originated in Europe. For example, when I looked at Cheap Monday jeans I found a wider range of cuts, sizes, and washes.

But I have to say that I'll save most of my money for the US UO because of the exchange rate. But when things are on sale in the UK UO, it's more for your money. 26-01-08
