Opened in June 2003, Michael Caines restaurant is set in a splendidly opulent Georgian neo-classic vaulted atrium in the Bristol Marriott Royal Hotel. As one would expect from Britain's youngest 2 Star Michelin chef, the cuisine is of a high standard, with head chef Shane Goodway serving inspired dishes. Make sure to enjoy a drink in the Vintage Champagne & Cocktail Bar beforehand.
